At the kick-off meeting on Thursday morning, organizers set a goal of $300, and I am happy to say that not only did we meet that goal, we surpassed it by 75 dollars! And, the company announced that they will match our donations, giving us a grand total of $750!! This money will go to support ALSF’s underlying mission to fund childhood cancer research. To date, the foundation has funded over 80 research projects at 40 institutions across the country, leading us one step closer to a cure. In an office where we are used to fighting contaminants, it has been our pleasure to join Alex’s legacy and help fight cancer…turning lemons, into lemonade. Sincerely, Nilfisk CFM, Malvern.
